Step 2
Receive your Evaluation & Quote
We come out to your home and provide a quote on the spot. We’ll meet you at your property to evaluate your existing concrete floor. The pricing is based on square footage, as well as the condition of your concrete. We will measure your space and evaluate any cracks and pits.
When you are ready, schedule the installation and prepare your space, removing any vehicles, storage boxes, or furniture.
Step 3
Coat Floor in 1 Day
Our professionally trained installation team will install your concrete floor coating. Typically, most spaces can be done in a single day. Larger spaces may require more time, but we will be transparent about this requirement during the evaluation process.

What Does Our Concrete Preparation Process Include?
Surface preparation creates the ideal foundation for your new floor coating. Depending on the condition of the concrete, our preparation process may include the following:
Repair concrete cracks:
Cracks, chips, pits, and other damaged areas can affect the appearance and performance of a coated floor. Before applying the coating system, our team repairs these imperfections and smooths uneven areas to create a more consistent surface.
Mechanically grind the concrete:
We use professional diamond-grinding equipment to remove weak surface material and open the pores of the concrete. This creates the proper surface profile for strong coating adhesion. Hand grinders may also be used around edges, corners, steps, thresholds, and other detailed areas that larger equipment cannot reach.
Contain concrete dust:
Our grinding equipment is connected to powerful vacuum systems that collect dust as the concrete is prepared. This helps keep the work area cleaner and minimizes airborne dust throughout the installation process.
Remove surface contaminants:
Concrete can absorb oil, grease, chemicals, dirt, and other contaminants that may interfere with coating adhesion. We carefully inspect the floor and use the appropriate preparation and cleaning methods to remove contaminants before applying the coating system.
Remove the weak laitance layer:
New and existing concrete may have a thin, weak surface layer called laitance. This layer can develop during the curing process and prevent a coating from forming a dependable bond. Diamond grinding removes this weak material and exposes stronger, more porous concrete underneath.
Prepare edges and vertical surfaces:
Edges, thresholds, corners, and steps require the same careful preparation as the main floor. Our team prepares these areas by hand to help create consistent adhesion and a clean, professional finish across the entire project.
