OMG Floor Coatings KY specializes in the preparation and application of polyurea and polyaspartic concrete floor coatings for residential and commercial properties, including garages, basements, patios, and commercial spaces.

3. Estimates & Pricing

All estimates provided through our website or in person are based on the information provided and a visual inspection. Final pricing may be adjusted if unforeseen conditions (e.g., extensive concrete damage, moisture issues) are discovered during the project. Any changes to the price will be discussed and approved by you before work continues.

4. Scheduling & Cancellation

We strive to complete projects on the scheduled dates; however, timelines may be affected by weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances. If you need to cancel or reschedule your installation, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Prior to our arrival for installation, customers must clear the floor area of all items, vehicles, and debris. We require clear access to the project site and access to electrical power. OMG Floor Coatings KY is not responsible for moving personal items or for any damage to items left in the work area.

6. Warranties & Guarantees

We stand behind our work. Specific warranty details (such as our 15-year residential warranty against peeling and delamination) will be provided in your final contract. Warranties do not cover damage caused by structural foundation shifts, hydrostatic pressure, or improper use and maintenance of the floor.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OMG Floor Coatings KY shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to our services or your use of our website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific services in question.

8. Communications & SMS

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive communications, including text messages and phone calls, related to your estimate, project scheduling, and service updates. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
